The Challenge
LogiTrack was using paper-based delivery scheduling and had no real-time visibility into their fleet of 50+ vehicles. Missed deliveries and customer complaints were becoming a daily problem.
The Solution
We created a live fleet tracking dashboard using Google Maps API, with real-time GPS updates every 30 seconds, automated delivery scheduling and route optimisation, driver mobile app for delivery confirmations, and a customer notification system for delivery ETAs.
